What to expect: 3 step process

1. Speak with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to see whether we can help your movement problem. (15min)

2. While booking the initial session, intake forms can be filled out online to save time during the in person visit.

3. Assess what movement problems based on how you move, address the primary cause  of your problem and agree on a plan of care that gets you back to the activities you love with the people you want to be around!
(1 hour)

We offer multiple options.

Goals will vary from person to person and will change over the course of your life.

We will work with you to get your personal plan together in detail.

Your first 15 minute consultation is free. We want to make sure we are a good fit for you.

COVID-19 precautions are enforced for safety.

FSA and HSA are accepted!

what if I can't keep up with a program?

Everything is made for you. We will make sure to be here for your body and your goals. We believe in open communication and frequent check-ins to make sure you're tracking properly.

I injured myself midway through a program, what should i do?

We understand goals can change midway through programs and we can cover everything from lifting to recover, to injury prevention. We'll discuss your injury with you and find the best way forward to help you on the road to recovery.

i don't really know what my goal should be, where should i start?
